Everything below applies to every product we sell, in a box or on its own.
Product notice
The Giving Nut Co. products contain or may contain major food allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and other allergens. Products are prepared and packaged in a facility where allergens are handled and cross contact may occur.
Please review the ingredient and allergen information provided for each individual food product before purchasing or consuming it.
Flavor preferences are not allergy accommodations
When you choose Surprise Me, we offer a "flavors to avoid" list. That list is for taste preferences only. It is not intended for food allergies, intolerances, medical conditions or any other dietary restriction, and it is not treated as one. The Giving Nut Co. cannot guarantee an allergen free product or an allergen free environment.
What is on the jars
Every soup mix, cookie mix and jar of roasted almonds carries its own label with the ingredients listed from greatest to least, the location, the net weight and the applicable allergen declaration, in line with Department of Agriculture requirements. The label travels with the jar, so whoever receives the gift has the information in front of them before they open it.
At checkout
Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you have read this notice, that you understand our products contain or may come into contact with major food allergens, and that flavor preferences are not allergy accommodations. We ask this of every order.
