Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once your payment is completed through PayPal and you receive an order confirmation email. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and to refund any payment made.

Shipping and local pickup

At checkout you choose your carrier and speed, or local pickup, and the cost is shown before you pay. Full details are on our shipping page.

Food products and allergens

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens, and cross contact may occur. Please read our allergen information before ordering. Flavor preferences you give us are not allergy accommodations.

Returns and order problems

Because we make and ship perishable food, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us at hello@thegivingnut.com and we will make it right. Our returns policy sets out both in full.
